Friedrich Air conditioning has shifted its base along with ninety of its employees. The company’s various departments namely production management engineering, customer service marketing and sales, human resources among others will all be placed at the new headquarters which is situated at the Union Square II Building.
ICS Temp is supplier of cooling towers like water cooling towers for water cooled applications. We supply factory build & field erected cooling towers, roof top cooling towers, forced draft centrifugal fan design cooling towers.
This move was taken after the company shifted base from the previous location at 4200 Pan Am Expressway. This place was Friedrich Air Conditioning’s headquarters for four long decades. None the less their new base is very spacious, with a new plan floor for more effective communication.
Add to this the fact that the new office is very much near to the San Antonio International Airport. This would thus go down very well with customers as well as venders. George Van Hoomissen, company CEO seems like one content and happy man with the way things have turned out. The new place also looks brilliantly well equipped with all the modern amenities at their disposal.
The employees as well as visitors coming over seem very much impressed and liking things the way they are right now. The place is again well designed, enough for the company to neatly segregate its various departments on the floor.
ICS Temp deals in industrial chillers like air cooled chillers and air chillers. ICS Temp also supplies and rent related parts of industrial chillers. Visit http://www.icstemp.com/industrialcooling/products_air_cooled_turbocor.htm for more information.

LG PREPARES FOR A COME BACK
Electronic giant LG is getting ready and preparing to make a confident come back this year. For the same it is looking at every single aspect of things in its working. One of the company’s business divisions was shut even as it has come down to four divisions now.
Suppliers of air conditioning units, cooling systems and cooling equipments. ICS Temp design, supply and rent these units. Visit http://www.icstemp.com/industrialcooling/ for more information.
The idea here is to get a quicker and more effective decision making process at the heart of the company’s working. The Smartphone segment saw LG lagging far behind the other giants when it came to sales this year.
The other big wigs namely Apple, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and Sony ate up a lot of the market share in this segment in spite of LG having the reputation of being the third largest cellular phone manufacturer. As a major blow to both its finances as well as its reputation the company saw getting its first operational deficit in the 3rd quarter of this year in 2010.
The company has named Vice Chairman Koo Bon-joon as the head of the newly established “Business Innovation Office”. The digital storage business unit, the PC business unit and car business unit will also directly interact with Koo. In the mean time LG’s air conditioning department was renamed as the Air Conditioning and Energy Solution Company. This is as LG is looking at getting a strong hold in technologies like solar energy and LED lighting which have opened up many new possibilities and potential markets.
ICS Temp is supplier of air blast & adiabatic coolers like fully packaged air blast coolers, flat bed air blast fluid coolers & ‘V’ block air blast cooler with Adiabatic Spray System.

European Aviation Industry is Fighting Back
The losses which were incurred by the European aviation industry are on their way to recovery. The volcanic ash incident led to a lot of trip cancellations to the European continent but now the situation is becoming rosy again.
The chief executive of London Executive Aviation (LEA), Europe’s leading business jet charter said there ticket booking were full. He said the industry suffered a huge blow during the volcanic ash eruption but after it was over now the things are settling down back to normal. Customers are turning back to business aviation and the airlines are picking up speed.
During March LEA booked 149 jobs whereas it booked 115 jobs in March 2009.
This clearly shows a 29.6% increase across total fleet. There was also a 19.7% rise in the overall ticket bookings from 438 in 2010 to 366 in 2009 during the same period.
The growth is slow the aviation industry knows this and is keeping a positive approach. The recovery will be gradual and soon will be rather dramatic. It has been observed that well managed charter operators have survived the recession period because of their services, even during the volcanic ash fiasco a lot of airlines tried their best to make quick arrangements for their stranded passengers in reaching their destinations.
Routes were changed, extra flights were running and even the airline staff worked overtime to make sure passengers would not suffer much. All these gestures of airlines had a great impact on the travelers and they know which airline to choose and which to ditch.
